Returns & Refunds

Return / Refund Guidelines

  • Returns can be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • For a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with clear videos and images of the item.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Email or call us with your order number and the reason for the return to start the request.
  • Once approved, our courier partner will arrange a pickup from your delivery address.
  • After we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method; Cash-on-Delivery orders are refunded via UPI/bank transfer (we'll collect the details when you raise the request).
  • For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g. innerwear, customised or final-sale products) are non-returnable.
